During higher education I got to expand my knowledge of multimedia communication - from web design, programing, general design knowledge, photography and video production knowledge, project management, etc. As part of my study I applied to Elan d.o.o. for internship, where I helped them improve internal communications with an internal web portal. After my diploma in web design, they decided to offer me a possition as a Marketing Assistant, responsible for online communications and internal design in marketing.

As a Digital Manager and Designer I am responsible for all the tasks that I was doing on the previous position. In addition to that I am also involved in preparation of the marketing strategy for Elan d.o.o. in the field of digital marketing and the timelines of the campaigns and activities that are being executed. I work closely with the distribution and agencies to execute, monitor and provide analytical reports to the management and to achieve the marketing goals of the company in regards to the strategy. I am also looking for new business models, new ways of communications and advertising in the digital space and am responsible for the implementation of those into our current business and marketing model.

As a Marketing Assistant I was responsible for execution of marketing strategy of Elan d.o.o. in the field of digital marketing. I managed the communication with agencies and Elan’s worldwide distribution for the preparation and execution of B2B and B2C campaigns. I prepared briefings for the preparation of campaigns on websites, social media and also coordinated all the video and photo materials that were made for the campaigns. As part of managing the campaigns I also analyzed the success and prepared reports of the campaigns that were executed on web. I was also in charge of internal design in marketing for advertising, POP materials, brochures and other printing materials (in collaboration with agencies and on my own).
